Photobooth Policies
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day of the event before the booth is operational.
- We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund or full credit toward a future booking.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
3. Event Requirements & Setup
- The client must provide a level and stable surface for the booth setup.
- A minimum space of 10×10 feet is required for the 360 booth.
- Access to power within 10 feet is required.
- If the event is outdoors, the client must provide adequate coverage (tent or canopy) in case of bad weather.
- Sky 360 is not responsible for delays caused by lack of venue access or setup restrictions.
4. Service Time & Overtime Policy
- Service time begins at the scheduled start time, not upon setup completion.
- If the client requests additional time, overtime is billed at an hourly rate and must be paid before the extra time begins.
5. Guest Conduct & Damage Policy
- The client is responsible for ensuring guests use the booth safely and appropriately.
- Any intentional damage or misuse of the equipment will result in additional charges for repairs or replacements.
- Sky 360 reserves the right to shut down the booth early if guest behavior poses a risk to equipment or staff.
6. Liability & Indemnification
- Sky 360 is not responsible for any injuries that may occur due to guest behavior or failure to follow safety instructions.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold Sky 360 harmless from any claims arising from the use of the booth at the event.
7. Media & Content Usage
- By booking with Sky 360, the client grants permission for event videos and photos to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
- If the client wishes to opt-out, a written request must be submitted before the event.
8. Weather & Force Majeure Policy
- If the event is canceled due to severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies, Sky 360 will offer a credit for a future booking but does not provide refunds.
9. Travel & Additional Fees
- Events outside of our standard service area may incur a travel fee.
- Additional fees may apply for venues with limited access, parking fees, or setup restrictions.
10. Agreement Acceptance
- By booking with Sky 360 Photo Booth, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
